From the first walk-through to the final hand-off, we handle the underground side of construction — and a few things above it too. Here's everything we do, and how we do it.
Every project starts with a clean, level, accessible site. We handle the whole process — from initial walk-through to handing off a graded pad ready for foundation. We coordinate directly with your GC, architect, or surveyor so the layout matches the plan.
Foundations, basements, footings, retaining walls — wherever dirt needs to come out, we run the equipment. We work to engineered specs on tolerance, keep accurate cut/fill records, and haul or stockpile spoil based on what your project actually needs.
Wet utilities, dry utilities, residential service runs, and subdivision-scale infrastructure. We coordinate with utility companies, locate services before we dig, and install to the depths and bedding your AHJ (or the line owner) requires.
Pressurized water and an industrial vacuum — instead of a steel bucket. The result is a clean, precise hole that doesn't damage what's already buried. Ideal whenever a project needs to dig near, around, or above something that can't afford to be hit.
Fine grading to tight tolerance, surface drainage that holds up after the first hard rain, and the swales, culverts, and detention features your civil plans call out. We deliver a graded site that actually performs the way it's supposed to.
Structures down, foundations out, debris hauled and properly disposed. We pull permits, handle hazmat coordination when needed, and leave the site clean and ready for the next phase of construction.
When a standard excavation bucket hits bedrock or a buried boulder, we switch to a hydraulic hammer and keep going. Jefferson County has limestone in a lot of corridors — we've worked through it on basements, utility trenches, and road cuts for years. We break it, then haul it.
Sewer line repair and replacement, water main breaks, sewer camera and snake diagnostics, and hydro-excavation for safe utility exposure. MSD approved contractor for insurance jobs. Licensed drain layer. 24-hour response for emergency breaks and active backups.
Commercial properties only — parking lots, industrial yards, and active construction sites. Same trucks and equipment that run all season. When push piles fill up, we load and haul. Seasonal contracts and on-call availability. Overnight response for heavy accumulation events.
Lowboy transport for excavators, dozers, skid steers, and heavy equipment — for other contractors, rental companies, and fleet repositioning. Also haul-out for GCs who need spoils, rubble, or excess material removed from an active project. Fleet runs F-550 to 9-axle. Right-sized for the job.
We don't sub the work out and disappear. Whatever combination of services your project needs, you're working with the same team from quote through completion — and the person you talk to on day one is the person walking the site at hand-off.
That continuity is what keeps the schedule honest and the budget predictable. It's also why we can get into the rhythm of a job site quickly and stay out of the GC's way.
Whether you need a single service or all six, we'll come walk the site, ask the right questions, and write a quote you can actually plan around.
