Anything from a single-lot homeowner utility run up to multi-phase subdivisions and commercial site work. We don't have a strict minimum or maximum — if it fits our equipment and capability, we'll quote it.
Yes — for projects in our service area. We'll come walk the site, ask the questions we need to ask, and send back a written quote within 3–5 business days. For very small or simple jobs, sometimes a phone call is enough.
Yes to both. We carry a $5M bond capacity and work as a sub on commercial, municipal, and developer projects regularly. We're happy to provide certificates of insurance, bond letters, and references on request.
For our scope of work, yes — excavation permits, ROW permits, utility connection permits, demolition permits, and so on. If you're working with a GC, we coordinate with their permit pull. If you're a homeowner, we'll walk you through the process.
The minimum is: site address, what you want done, and any timing constraints. Plans, surveys, soil reports, and existing utility info all help us be more accurate — but we can also work from what's available and make assumptions explicit in the quote.
