Equipment Hauling

Need it moved?
We've got the trailer for it.

Lowboy equipment transport and contractor haul-out across Jefferson County and the metro. Excavators, bulldozers, skid steers — we move what other contractors can't move themselves. Fleet runs from F-550 to 9-axle.

  • Demolition debris removal
  • Excess material removal from active job sites
  • Coordinated haul with other contractors' excavation sequences

Right-Sized Fleet

Fleet Range —
F-550 to 9-Axle

Right-sizing the truck to the job keeps cost down. A tight residential site doesn't need a 9-axle on the street. A high-volume commercial haul doesn't need to make 12 trips in a half-ton. We match truck to job — and when volume or weight requires it, we can run multiple trucks in rotation.

Fleet Options
  • Small residential and tight-access hauls (F-550)
  • Standard commercial dump hauls (tandem and tri-axle)
  • High-volume and heavy loads (quad-axle, 9-axle)
  • Multi-truck operations for production hauling

How We Work

One call, right truck on the job.

Whether you're moving a 30-ton excavator or need a half-dozen loads of spoil removed before noon, dispatch coordinates the right equipment for the run. We're not a trucking company with a subcontract to figure out — we run our own iron, and our operators know the difference between a tight-access haul and a highway run.

Common Questions

What people
actually ask.

Questions we get from contractors, rental companies, and GCs scheduling equipment moves or adding haul-out to a running project.

What types of equipment can you transport on the lowboy?

Excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, compactors, motor graders, and similar tracked and wheeled heavy equipment. If you're not sure your machine fits the configuration, call with the make, model, and weight and we'll tell you straight.

Can you haul equipment for rental companies or other contractors?

Yes. We do equipment transport for contractors, rental companies, and anyone who needs heavy equipment moved. We're not limited to J1S-owned equipment — we move what needs to move.

Do you need advance notice for a haul-out?

For scheduled work, 24–48 hours is ideal so we can plan trucks and coordinate with your site schedule. For urgent situations, call dispatch — we often have same-day or next-day availability for haul-out runs depending on what's on the board.

Can you coordinate haul timing with my excavation crew?

Yes. We work with GC superintendents and site leads regularly to coordinate truck timing with excavation production. Tell us your cycle time and target load count and we'll match truck availability to your dig rate.

What's your service area for equipment transport?

Primary area is Jefferson County and the greater St. Louis metro. Regional moves outside that are quoted case-by-case. Call dispatch with the origin, destination, and equipment specs and we'll quote you a number.
