7 Days a Week
What It Is

The right truck
for the job, every time.

J1S runs a quad-axle dump fleet — so you get the right capacity for each haul. We don't pass rental markups on. What you see on the quote is iron we own and operate.

Our drivers know Jefferson County and the surrounding region. Efficient routes mean more loads per day. We run 7 days — including weekends and most holidays — because job sites don't take days off and neither do we.

"More loads, less waiting. That's the whole job."

How It Works

Four steps,
first load.

Simple and fast. Tell us what you need, where it goes, and when — we handle the rest. Here's how a typical hauling job runs from first call to delivery confirmation.

Step 01 / Call

Schedule

Call dispatch or submit a request. Tell us: what, where, when. We confirm truck count, tonnage, and first load time. No complicated intake — just a conversation.

Step 02 / Load

Load

We coordinate loading at the source — your site, our yard, or a supplier. Every truck tarped and DOT-compliant before it leaves the pit. No exceptions.

Step 03 / Haul

Haul

Direct route to destination. Scale tickets provided for every load when required by your project or GC.

Step 04 / Deliver

Offload & Confirm

Material placed where you need it. Tickets and manifests sent same day. No chasing paperwork — documentation is part of the service, not an afterthought.

What We Haul

Six haul types,
one fleet.

Aggregate in, spoil out, equipment moved — J1S handles the full range of material hauling that construction projects require, seven days a week.

How We Work

We run when
you need us.

Seven days of dispatch means your weekend concrete pour doesn't have to wait until Monday to move material. One number — (636) 331-5757 — reaches dispatch directly. No voicemail trees, no callback queues during business hours.

Scale tickets on every load means your billing is clean and your GC doesn't have to guess tonnage. We send documentation same day. If your project requires certified weight slips, we plan for it from the first quote.

"Call us in the morning. First load is rolling before lunch."

Common Questions

What people
actually ask.

Questions we get from GCs, owner-operators, and developers scheduling their first haul or adding us to a running project.

Do you provide scale tickets?

Yes — scale tickets are available on every load. We coordinate weighing at a certified scale either at the source or at a nearby facility on the route. Tickets are provided with delivery and sent same day digitally if you need them in your project files. If your GC or engineer requires certified weight documentation, tell us when you schedule and we'll plan for it from the start.

What's your service radius for hauling?

Primary service area is Jefferson County and the surrounding metro — St. Francois, Washington, Ste. Genevieve, and St. Louis counties. We run regional hauls beyond that for the right project. Long-distance and out-of-region work is quoted case-by-case based on route, material, and volume. Call dispatch and we'll tell you straight whether the run makes sense for both of us.

Can you haul on weekends?

Yes. Dispatch runs 7 days. Weekend availability is the same as weekday — call or submit a request and we'll get trucks scheduled. We recommend calling by Thursday for weekend work so we can confirm truck count and loading logistics, especially for larger jobs.

Do you handle equipment transport on the lowboy?

Yes. Our lowboy is rigged for excavators, bulldozers, compactors, skid steers, and similar heavy equipment. We handle permits for oversized loads on applicable routes. If you're moving equipment between sites and don't want to use a third-party transport company, call dispatch — we can often move it the same day or next day depending on schedule.

Is there a minimum load or trip requirement?

We don't publish a hard minimum, but single-load runs may carry a minimum trip charge depending on distance and scheduling. For ongoing work — multiple loads per day or multi-day jobs — pricing is per load with volume considered in the quote. The easiest way to get a number is to call dispatch and describe the job. We'll tell you what it costs and whether it makes sense to run.
