Parking Lots & Commercial Properties

Large commercial lots, strip centers, industrial yards, and office properties — we run plowing routes with our truck fleet and can deploy a loader when push piles need to be moved. We work through the night on heavy accumulations so lots are clear before opening time.

  • Retail and commercial parking lot clearing
  • Industrial facility and staging area access
  • Loading dock and drive approach clearing
  • Ice treatment coordination

Construction Site Snow Management

Active construction sites can't shut down for a few inches of snow. We keep access roads, staging areas, and work zones clear so your crew can keep working. If you're already working with J1S on the site build, adding winter snow management is a simple extension of the same contract.

  • Construction site access road clearing
  • Equipment and material staging area maintenance
  • Foundation and excavation area snow removal
  • Haul-away when accumulation has nowhere to go
When It Has to Move

Heavy snow?
We haul it out.

Most contractors push snow to a pile and leave it. That works fine — until it doesn't. When a lot accumulates too much to push, the pile becomes the problem. Drainage backs up, pedestrian paths disappear, and fire lanes close.

When push piles fill up, we load and haul. Same dump trucks that move material all season can move snow. F-550 to quad-axle — we size the fleet to the storm and the property. If your facility has limited space for piles, call before the storm and we'll plan for haul-away.

Common Questions

What people
actually ask.

Questions from property managers, facility directors, and GCs thinking about commercial snow coverage before the season starts.

Do you take residential snow removal jobs?

No. We focus on commercial properties, industrial facilities, and active construction sites. Our equipment and operations aren't set up for residential routes.

Do you offer seasonal contracts?

Yes. We do seasonal contracts for commercial properties that want guaranteed priority service throughout the winter. Call before the season starts to discuss contract terms and get on the schedule.

Can you do same-day or overnight response?

Yes. For on-call clients, we're available overnight for heavy accumulation events. Dispatch runs 7 days — call when the storm starts and we'll coordinate timing based on accumulation rate and your opening time.

Can you haul snow off-site if there's no room to push?

Yes. That's where our dump truck fleet comes in. If your lot has filled its pile capacity, we can load and haul to a designated disposal area. This typically applies to bigger storms or properties with limited lot space.
